DMF Error: Duplicate tag exists in file - Dynamic AX

Please check your file that you uploading to staging table.
Sol.
Header name (column name) is repeated, just check it remove it.
Note: NO COLUMN NAME SHOULD USER DEFINED OR REPEATED.
